With over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Christopher Fischer brings a rare blend of field expertise, leadership, and entrepreneurial drive to every project he leads.

Beginning his career in 2002 as a union carpenter, Chris completed a rigorous four-year apprenticeship and rapidly advanced through the ranks, contributing to some of the most iconic hotel and casino developments on the Las Vegas Strip-including The Wynn, The Encore, The Aria at CityCenter, and Caesar's Tower.

As a general foreman with Perini Building Construction, Chris managed large-scale operations on complex, high-profile builds, gaining invaluable experience in coordinating multi-million-dollar construction efforts.

Driven by a passion for quality and innovation, he launched his own construction company, which has grown into a full-scale development firm. His project portfolio includes concrete tilt-up buildings, apartment complexes, and high-density condo developments, reflecting his versatility across asset types.

Chris is known for his ability to lead million-square-foot developments from the ground up, bringing together big-picture vision and precise execution. Trusted by stakeholders, subcontractors, and investors alike, his leadership consistently delivers results.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and attending rodeos-especially the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas every December.
